Of course, an ultralight sleeping bag will not be able to take rugged treatment as sportively as your usual heavier sleeping bag, but with good care and maintenance they will last all the way. Basically you need to know that they look more fragile than they actually are.

Packing them is easy too since the compressibility is generally high and that brings down the volume of your baggage too.
